Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once sold.

Exceptions We will offer a refund or replacement if:

  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • You received an item different from what you ordered
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence.

Refund Processing Once verified, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
